Terms of Service

✿I DON'T GIVE REFUNDS✿✿WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE.
• PNG with and without background+JPG files.
• Full resolution reference.
• Ownership of the character(s)
•Commercial use of the character(s) *If applies.✿OWNERSHIP.
• When you have purchased a character from me, said character can be used for (but not limited to) stories, RP, ships, etc.
• Said characters don't have gender, history or personality, and you do not have to use my canons for them.
• Trading and gifting are both permitted, but please kindly inform me first.
• I still retain the right to post and use the art I have drawn (your ownership will be credited if necessary).
• No co-ownership is allowed.✿EDITING
• The original artwork made by me should NOT be heavily edited. Creating icons or banners is fine, like cropping.
• If the edit is very minor (eg. adding earrings), you may also add it to the original art, however please HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL FILE for future sales/trading.
• Credits have to be given to "Kymmmy".✿RESELLING
• Reselling will be permitted ONLY by informing me first.
• You MUST inform me who buys the character.
• You must have owned the adoptable design at least 4 weeks/1 month before you can resell it.
• You are only eligible to resell the adoptable if you are the ORIGINAL OWNER or paid for it. The design must be fully paid for.
• You must have the un-edited, full file of the adopt
in order to resell it.
• You cannot sell it for more than what you paid, but may add the cost of extra art.
• You MUST give credit to @Kymmmy for the design.✿OFFENSES THAT WILL RECEIVE A WARNING
• Claiming the original artwork or design as your own.
• Asking for a refund.
• Reposting my artwork without credits.
• Not replying for more than 48 hrs on the auction once you won.✿OFFENSES THAT WILL GIVE YOU INSTANT BLACKLIST
•Uploading my artwork into AI training datasets.
•Using my artwork/designs for any AI related things.
• Not replying for more than 7 days on the auction once you won.₊‧°If you buy a product from me, you will have read and agreed to these terms. °‧₊Breaking or disrespecting rules may lead to a permanent ban or blacklist. Blacklisted users may lose the right to obtain
and own my designs.
As a result of blacklist, Ownership of my designs may be revoked.If you want I’d be happy to see what you've done with my characters.Thank you!
